Disclaimer: this AI image was too good for me not to use, but in general, I am strongly against the use of AI slop in the creative arts. I promise you this story and everything else I do is completely 100% human and real.
Wayne (WhiteThunder67) and Buck (AdmiralBuck420) are just two degenerate goofballs singing horribly in a pool and getting laughed off the Internet ... until they encounter a mysterious eccentric billionaire on their live stream, who has the power to change their lives forever. Will the two Florida redneck boys pounce on the opportunity and rise to the top, or will it all end in spectacular, tragic disaster?
Some of you may recognize that the Panhandle Pals are inspired by the Island Boys, but their journey takes some unique twists and turns. Like a lot of my work, Panhandle Pals is NSFW and not for the faint of heart, so reader discretion is advised. But if you're up for it, dive right on into the degeneracy!

Life is picture-perfect for Detroit newlyweds Tristan and Mallory as they enjoy a glamorous honeymoon in San Juan, Puerto Rico. All of that happiness, however, gets turned on its head when a rogue seagull sneaks into their hotel room and starts a chain reaction of panic, destruction, and chaos that throws the lovebirds' vacation and lives into disarray.
I'm getting back into the dark crime comedy with this three-part novelette. Come along for the ride as I explore the randomness of fate and the ways we can be corrupted by the world around us. Parts 1, 2, and 3 are all up now!

White Sox Book
I've officially been published in a book for the first time! Check out the Society for American Baseball Research's The 2005 World Champion Chicago White Sox: Grinders and Gamers, which features my biography of former White Sox closer Bobby Jenks. Sadly, Bobby recently passed away from stomach cancer. R.I.P. to a World Series champion and a fighter. It was an honor to cover the wild ups and downs of his career and life.

About Benny Blot
Hey there! I'm Ben Blotner, a 20-something freelance writer and up-and-coming novelist from Columbus, Ohio. My work has been published by the Wooster Voice, the Columbus Jewish News, and the Society for American Baseball Research. I've completed my first novel, Out of the Bassline, and plan to publish it in early 2026. My passions include baseball, music (especially pop punk), travel, adventure, and cinema. I love the Boston Red Sox, Fall Out Boy, and the films of Quentin Tarantino, Paul Thomas Anderson, and Yorgos Lanthimos. I'll be posting short stories, takes on various topics, and novel updates. Expect a blend of quirky hangout stories, dark comedy, pulpy crime, and scathing satire, with an infusion of pop culture- and Internet-related humor.
